Sony Bravia KDL-40V3000 40-inch 1080p LCD HDTV review

The 46 inch KDL-46V3000 and the 40 inch KDL-40V3000 are new entries in the BRAVIA V-Series with full HD resolution (1080p).

The new BRAVIA sets are compatible with the Internet Video Link module that allows you to download video content directly to your BRAVIA. Sony supports currently content including HD content from AOL, Yahoo! and Grouper, as well as Sony Pictures Entertainment and Sony BMG Music.

Also the new BRAVIA TVs feature the XBR media bar navigation known from the PS3 and PSP.
KDL-46V3000 and KDL-40V3000 BRAVIA LCDs feature Live Color Creation with WCG-CCFL backlight, a 10-bit panel display and the BRAVIA Engine EX full digital video processing system with its Digital Reality Creation-Multifunction v1.0 (DRC-MF v1.0) technology.
There is no pricing information yet on the new BRAVIA V-Series TVs.
